I’m a professional journalist/writer/editor who’s obsessed with Italian cuisine. Born and raised in NYC on Sopranos-style pizza, pasta and parm, I later experienced real Italian food on two extended trips to Italy. After developing food allergies, I began a lifelong search for healthier versions of my favorite dishes - like gluten-free pasta that cooks in 90 seconds and tastes like the real thing.
