After an unusually wet winter, we are back to normal, sunny SoCal weather. What better way to enjoy the spring than joining more than 2,500 food and beverages enthusiasts at Masters of Taste?

Besides foods from more than 40 Culinary Masters, there will be cocktails from over 30 Beverage Masters, including L.A’s top bartenders and cocktail bars. Local breweries and wineries will have their own stands, not to mention pressed juices, artisanal coffee, and other non-alcoholic beverages. If you are of those who cannot wait for dessert, you will find L.A.’s top Sweet Masters, from homemade premium sorbets to Sprinkles cupcakes.

We are very happy to see that 100% of the proceeds from Masters of Taste 2017 will benefit Union Station Homeless Services, a nonprofit organization committed to helping homeless men, women and children rebuild their lives. It’s great to see how these events are not just an occasion to enjoy great food, but also help struggling communities here in our beloved Los Angeles.

For fresh pasta, you can always count on the Prince of Venice Food Truck. The “Prince” is Emanuele Filiberto, grandson to the last reigning king of Italy, who recently got into the pasta business. Here’s when we met him last year:
