Food Talks: 6 Questions with Yvonne Strahovski
Guess what, Yvonne Strahovski is crazy about arancini! Plus, five more things you didn't know about the star of 'The Handmaid’s Tale'
In the Food Talks series, we interview celebrities on their favorite Italian restaurants, wines, recipes… Because Hollywood people love Italian food just like anyone else!
I know you know who she is. Killer attitude, smirking smile, blonde hair…. Born and raised in Australia, Yvonne Jacqueline Strahovski started her acting career in theatrical plays in school, falling in love with the “acting bug” at a very young age.
I know you saw her striking beauty & humor in one of my favorite guilty pleasures, a tv show called ‘Chuck’, where she played CIA agent Sarah Walker. I saw and followed her again in her next big tv roles, first as the lethal killer Hannah McKay in ‘Dexter’ and later on as Agent Kate Morgan in ’24: Live Another Day’.
Now we meet again for the presentation of ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’, a Hulu production created by Bruce Miller and based on the dystopian novel by Canadian author Margaret Atwood. The series also stars Elisabeth Moss and Joseph Fiennes. First we find out she is a strong supporter of animal rights and PETA’s campaigns, then it is time for our Food Talks.
